jilice Casino – Privacy Policy
Your personal data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what jilice collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over your own information under Philippine law.
Our Privacy Commitments to You
Six principles that guide how jilice handles every piece of personal information you entrust to us.
Data Minimisation
jilice only collects the personal data genuinely needed to operate your account, process payments, and comply with Philippine law. We do not collect data for its own sake.
No Data Selling
jilice does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers under any circumstances. Your data is not a product at jilice.
Encrypted Storage
All personal data stored by jilice is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Data in transit between your device and jilice is protected by TLS 1.3.
RA 10173 Compliant
jilice operates in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
Your Rights Respected
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data held by jilice. We honour all valid data subject requests within the timeframes required by law.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, jilice will notify affected Members and the NPC within the timeframes prescribed by Philippine law.
Who this Policy applies to: This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who visit the jilice website, register a jilice account, use jilice games or betting services, or contact jilice customer support — regardless of whether they are in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else in the Philippines. By using jilice, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1 Data Controller
jilice Casino, operating the website at https://jilice.cam and all associated subdomains and interfaces, is the data controller for personal data collected through the jilice platform. 6.3 Business Transfers
In the event that jilice is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of its business, personal data held by jilice may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance of any such transfer via the contact details on your account, and your rights under RA 10173 will continue to apply.
6.4 Aggregated Data
jilice may share aggregated, anonymised statistical data with third parties (for example, gaming industry bodies or analytics partners) where such data does not identify any individual player and cannot be used to re-identify any individual.
7 International Data Transfers
Some of jilice's service providers — including cloud infrastructure and payment processing partners — may operate servers or process data outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jilice ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the data in a manner consistent with RA 10173, including requiring contractual protections equivalent to those applicable under Philippine law.
